Here’s what we’ll need in order to give a refund:

• Email address, if applicable
• Location where you purchased your products
• Date purchase
• Serial Number on the bottle in question

Once we receive your returned product and verify your information, we will send you a full refund for the amount of your purchase. Shipping is non-refundable. Requests for refunds must be received within 30 days of the original purchase.
